How to request deletion

Currently, account deletion is handled via email. Please send us a request from your registered email address, and we’ll remove your account and associated personal data unless retention is required by law.

Quick email form

This opens your email app with a prefilled message to hello@livolist.com.

Submitting will open your default email client. No server processing occurs.

Identity verification

To protect your data, we process deletion requests only when received from the email address associated with your account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us at hello@livolist.com for alternatives.

Timeline

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

What will be deleted?

  • Your LivoList account and profile data
  • Your votes and contributions will be anonymized or removed where feasible
  • Authentication tokens and session data

Exceptions

We may retain certain information if necessary for:

  • Legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention, security logs)
  • Dispute resolution and enforcement of our Terms
